Recruiting going south!

Wow, it has been awhile since my last post. My how time flies. I call and call, but agencies are not "allowed" to utilize the service Recruiters provide. Since this economy went south, I have had one company cut my fee in half after the job was done and another that just refused to pay the fee. So how is that for integrity?

Enough griping, I have a solution! I can help people find new positions and give them the tricks of my trade for a small fee. Once recruiting picks up again, I can then recruit! So why am I not afraid of competition or sharing my skills with others? Because, if times were good people would still rather have a recruiter like myself represent them than to do it on their own, especially if they are still working full time.
